* A 5% discount will be applied when payment in full is made on or before book payment day to parishioners in good standing and who are current in their parish contributions.  Parishioners who received the discount in August and do not continue to maintain the expected support to the parish throughout the school year, will be required to reimburse the 5% discount in the January tuition payment.

 

PARISHIONER STATUS

Parishioner status is granted to families who are registered in the parish, attend weekly Mass, and regularly practice faithful stewardship by sharing their time and talent.  In order to receive the benefit of parish subsidy for OLG School, families are also expected to support the parish by weekly contributions to the church.  A minimum of $15.00 per week is required ($780.00 annually from January through December). 

 

PARISHIONER SUPPORT VERIFICATION

Prior to August 1st of each year, each registered family is required to verify their parishioner status at the Parish Office on Condit Street.  The parish office will issue a verification form to each family to present when paying tuition and fees on Book Payment Day.  The total contributions required before August 1, 2008 is a minimum of $320.00.  Parishioner support will be verified in August, December and April in order for families to continue to receive the benefit of parish subsidy. 

 

Newly registered parishioners (June or July) must also verify parishioner status and present the Parishioner Verification Form to show proof of registration in the parish office and the required weekly contributions.

 

NON-PARISHIONER

A non-parishioner is defined as a member of another parish or a registered member of Our Lady of Grace not maintaining parishioner status as stated above.

                                                                    

REGISTRATION FEE       

$50.00 fee per student.  This fee is non-refundable and is applied to tuition.

 

LATE REGISTRATION FEE

$100.00 non-refundable late registration fee will be charged for returning students who fail to register during the regular registration period in February.  This fee will not be applied to tuition.

 

BOOK/TECHNOLOGY FEE

$275.00 per student due in August with first monthly tuition payment.
